Click on login to library H3lp from the For Library Staff page on our website.
Click on the blue Connect Now button and be sure the upper corner status is set to “Available” it should default to that. Here is where you can change your status to away if you have to go to the bathroom or are doing something like a seat count.
We see this image after we log onto the service. Two people are online, waiting to answer questions.
