Seeing the Print Queue


OIS wanted to share this information as a helpful resource if you are troubleshooting a printer.

When filing a ticket for Library specific hardware or software issues that affect public spaces in the Library, please select the category Library Hardware & Software issues. Any tickets created under this category will be visible by all of you, as library technicians. This will help eliminate duplicate tickets.

If a printer is consistently suffering a mechanical failure (i.e. jamming), punch a ticket with OIS for service. Contact numbers are on stickers on the printers- main printer numbers are as follows:

When printing is failing on all web release stations, please contact the Help Desk at x3767 or punch a ticket with OIS.
